The leadership deals with people and their dynamics, which are continiously changing.  The challanges of leadership is to create change and facilitate growth for the fraternity of lawyers, to motivate to exceed their limits and look for innovative ways to improve the fraternity of lawyers.

You can achieve fraternity of lawyers by being simple, humble and down to earth in your each and every act.  The most persevering becomes the most talented and peaceful.

उद्योगिनं पुरुषसिंहं उपैति लक्ष्मीः
दैवं हि दैवमिति कापुरुषा वदंति।
दैवं निहत्य कुरु पौरुषं आत्मशक्त्या
यत्ने कृते यदि न सिध्यति न कोऽत्र दोषः।

Only hard working and courageous people get money. These are useless people who keep saying that if they are in luck then they will meet. As much as you have ability and power, Keep doing your hard work, if you do not get success even after trying, then there is no fault of yours.

यस्य कृत्यं न जानन्ति मन्त्रं वा मन्त्रितं परे।
कृतमेवास्य जानन्ति स वै पण्डित उच्यते ॥

The person who knows his actions, behavior, confidentiality, and thoughts after completion of the task is the same person who is intelligent.
